CCDP Office Grand Opening Feb 15

Our new office is up and running and now we are putting on the final touches before our grand opening! Our new sign (pictured above) will be installed in the next week and it will be easier than ever to know where to get involved with the Democratic Party here in Charleston. Situated along a busy section of Ashley River Road in West Ashley, we have outstanding street visibility. At night, our new sign will light up like a beacon for all the Democrats who drive by. We are already seeing volunteers popping in every day now that we are open Monday through Friday from 10AM to 3PM. This will be the first time in the history of the Charleston County Democratic Party that we will have a permanent office and it marks a major step forward in our ability to organize and win in the Lowcountry. This is only possible due to the support of office patrons. We will unveil a plaque honoring those patrons at the grand opening. Please consider becoming a patron today!

Our grand opening will feature good food and great conversation. The featured speaker will be Rep. Joe Cunningham and we plan to have an outstanding lineup of elected officials and party leaders. Who knows - a presidential candidate or two may show up, too! At the very least, all the campaigns are likely to be there in full-force answering questions from folks who are still making up their minds about the primary that is just two short weeks later.

Additional parking is available in the rear of the building, but we ask that as many people as possible carpool or use alternative transportation (there is a bus stop right out front).
