Please join us on Monday, June 2nd at the CCDP Office. Our guest speaker will be SC State House Representative Spencer Wetmore. Spencer will update us on the good, the bad and the ugly of the 2025 legislative session and provide insight into what we can expect in 2026.

It's time to get involved! The Charleston Peninsula Democrats is a club for organizing, educating and mobilizing voters in support of Democratic candidates and values. Former Charleston Mayor John Tecklenburg will speak at our June 4th meeting about the importance of local elections and government. If you've had enough of the chaos, cruelty and drama of the past 100 days, let's lay the groundwork to turn things around in the upcoming 2025 City Council races and the 2026 midterms. The meeting starts at 6pm on June 4, 2025 at the wonderful City Lights Coffee at 12 Line Street. Bring your friends and let's get to work!
Please join fellow Charleston Dems as we volunteer at Neighbors Together! Neighbors Together is a non-profit located at 2105 Cosgrove Avenue, N. Charleston helping those in need in the North Charleston area. We will be assisting Neighbors Together with their daily operations which include preparing foods, serving meals, distributing groceries and organizing clothing donations. We will be volunteering for 3 hours (9:30am-12:30pm).
